8.2. How to Request a Theme?

If for any reason you have encountered an error while trying to import the PagePilot product page into your Shopify store, this article explains how to overcome this.


This means we would need your theme files to make your theme compatible with PagePilot. They contain all the relevant info our dev needs to implement your theme for compatibility with the PagePilot.ai platform.

Please feel free to contact us via live chat, email, Discord, or any social channels, and let us know you are requesting your theme to be added.

We would need you to provide your store URL and your collaborator code so we can send you a collaborator request.

If you're unsure how to find a collaborator's code, please click HERE to see the instructions on how to get it.

Right after that, our advanced support team will send you a collaborator request. You can go back to the settings that you visited from the previous instructions, approve the request, and let us know.

We will assign our available developer and let you know as soon as the work is done.
