Updated over a month ago

Once you have generated your product page and are happy with the result, it is time to import it to your Shopify store.

1. If you already have your product page opened in PagePilot, feel free to click on "Import in Shopify"

2. After clicking on "Import in Shopify", we will have two situations

2A. Importing after using new PagePilot layouts. You will see this window if you have used any new layout in the original state or the one you edited. PagePilot will automatically recognize your store theme, and you can click "Import Product In Shopify" once more to finish the process. We strongly encourage you to use new layouts and show the option of importing into "Theme Templates" because this will import your product page exactly as you see it in PagePilot.

2B. Importing after using "PagePilot V1 (old)" templates. You will see this kind of window if you have created a product page using our old template. If your detected theme is correct, you can proceed and click on "Import Product In Shopify". If not, you can click on "My Theme Is Different", find it on the list, and then click to import it. If your theme is not there, feel free to contact our support to assist you.

We strongly encourage you to use new layouts and show the option of importing into "Theme Templates" because this will import your product page exactly as you see it in PagePilot.

3. After clicking to import the product page, you will see PagePilot working on it, and once it is done, the status of your product will become "active", and it will get a Shopify logo on the far right. Feel free to click on it, and it will open your brand new page, freshly imported into Shopify.
