  • How can I generate a product page in PagePilot.ai?

Go to your dashboard, click “Generate”, and follow the instructions.

  • Can I generate more than one product at a time in PagePilot.ai?

You can generate as many products as you want (based on your plan).

  • I get a “Something Went Wrong” error when generating a product page. What to do?

Encountering a "something went wrong" error while generating a product page indicates potential system issues. If repeated attempts to generate the product page give the same error, it suggests a technical glitch within the system. In such cases, please get in touch with our dedicated customer support team for assistance.

  • I get an error when generating a product page because the link is invalid. What to do?

Please ensure that the copied link is complete. Then, paste the link into the designated field to generate the product page successfully. If you continue to experience issues, double-check the link's accuracy and try again. Contact us if this continues happening.

  • How can I import a product page from PagePilot.ai to Shopify?

  • My theme looks different from PagePilot.ai. What to do?

PagePilot.io was built from scratch, is not hosted on Shopify, and is not a theme. We're trying to make each theme look almost the same, but some themes have different fonts and styling or limitations. You need to adjust your theme to match PagePilot's design if you want them to look the same. You do it once, and you'll have them match forever. You can play with the theme settings, fonts, and colors. We recommend the Sense or Dawn theme; it's free and similar to PagePilot's Page, which has rounded images and buttons.

  • What are your supported Shopify themes?

  • My theme is not supported. How can I request that it be added?

If your theme is not listed, please get in touch with us on Discord, and we will add it immediately.

  • What are your supported languages?

  • My language needs to be listed. How can I request to be added?

If your language is not listed, please get in touch with us on Discord, and we will add it immediately.

  • How to delete a product in Shopify?

Find a product in Shopify, click on it, and scroll down. Click on “delete”.

  • How to delete a product in PagePilot.ai?

You cannot delete a product from PagePilot.ai. You can archive it by clicking the check box on the left and “Archive” on the right.

  • How do you add multiple stores?

If your plan allows multiple stores to be added, go to “Integrations”, click on “Shopify”, and click on “Add Shop”. The number of stores is limited by your plan.

  • How do I disconnect my store?

Go to “Integrations,” make sure you click on the store you want to disconnect, scroll down, and click “Disconnect.”

  • Can I connect my store with AutoDS, DSers, or CJDropshipping?

Yes, you can. All instructions are provided HERE.

  • Can I create and import products during my free period?

You can create products during your free period but would have to switch to a paid plan to import them to Shopify.

  • After I cancel my subscription, will the products I created with PagePilot.ai be deleted? What happens to the products I imported into my Shopify store?

If you cancel your subscription, the products you created with PagePilot.ai will not be deleted; however, you will lose the ability to create new products using PagePilot. The products you imported into your Shopify store will remain unaffected.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

Log in to the platform, click Billing from the menu, and open the customer portal. Even after canceling your subscription, PagePilot.ai remains available until the end of your current period, whether monthly or annually.
